January 4, 2024 -Gardner Mayor Michael J. Nicholson Inauguration Ceremony
On Thursday evening, Mayor Michael J. Nicholson was sworn into office and celebrated by various members of local and State government. The event was emceed by Dr. Stephanie Marchetti, Executive Director of the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center, who was joined on the stage by the school committee and the city council. In attendance at the event were numerous Gardner area leaders, including James Vander Hooven, President, Mount Wachusett Community College, Rozanna Penney, President &CEO Heywood Healthcare, Michael Ellis, Director of the Gardner Senior Center and Roy Nascimento, President & CEO of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. Representing Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. at the event was Kristin Mattson, Chief Development Officer & Clinical Care Transitions Officer.
